Registration

If your student has been offered enrollment at MVM through our randomized lottery process, you will be sent an acceptance email. The next step is to register your student using the information provided in the acceptance email. 

As part of the registration process, you must provide a copy of your student’s birth certificate and their current immunization records or immunization exemption form from the Health Department.
