Free & Reduced Price Meals

Mountain View Montessori participates in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and offers free or reduced-price meals to eligible students. Families may apply anytime using one of the following three options:

  • Print our Free & Reduced Lunch Form 2025-2026 - English | Spanish
  • Online - Log in to your Aspire account, fill out, and submit online
  • Paper Application - Visit the front office to receive and submit
  • Print our Special diets form to be filled out by Doctor 2025-2026-  English | Spanish

Eligibility status is based on income guidelines set by the USDA: 2025-2026 Income Eligibility Guidelines.

All application information is available in English and Spanish, and must be renewed annually.  Mountain View Montessori is committed to equal opportunity in all programs. View the USDA Non-Discrimination Statement and Civil Rights Complaint Form [here]. Students directly certified through programs such as SNAP, TANF, or Medicaid do not need to apply.

For further support, contact Julie Munford - Food Service Manager  (jmunford@mvmutah.org).

*If your child does not have free or reduced eligibility status by June 30, 2025, charges for meals will begin accruing until an application has been received and processed, which may take up to 10 days after submission

*If your child was eligible for free or reduced status for 2024-2025 school year, that eligibility will carry over to the first 30 days of the school year, or until a new eligibility determination is made, whichever comes first. This carryover allows students to continue receiving school meal benefits while families complete, submit and the school processes the application.
